At work we have three different spline-drive sockets, and I haven't found anything spline drive that I couldn't remove with one of those.

If I do, we have a reverse-threaded lock remover. It'll tear the lugnuts up a bit, but it'll get them off. Lugnuts aren't expensive at Autozone, so I can't imagine why there'd be that much worry involved. If you're determined to get them off without hurting them and they don't match up to any spline drive, you can play with some hex-sockets and see if they will work, though you'll have to hand-turn them and go very slowly and carefully.

The locks like what Toyota/Lexus use where there's a two-piece lugnut with a key-groove cut into it where they mate are TERRIBLE. They tear up like crazy, and even though they look alike, are usually just slightly different enough to tear each other up if it's wrong.
